Welcome to reselby.com (the "Site"), a platform created and operated by Private Person, a private individual based in the United States ("we", "us", or "our"). To use Reselby, you must:

  • Sign in using your personal Google account;
  • Verify your identity by confirming access to a valid corporate or work-issued email address (e.g., issued by your employer);
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Full access to platform features, such as posting listings and contacting other users, is granted only after successful email verification. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user who fails the verification process or violates these Terms.

The platform is not intended for children or individuals who cannot complete professional email verification.

2. Use of the Platform

Reselby allows verified users to:

  • Post and browse listings;
  • Upload photos and descriptions;
  • Connect with other professionals to buy, sell, rent, or exchange items.

You are solely responsible for any content you post, and for any transactions you enter into with other users.

3. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

There are no fees for creating an account, posting listings, or contacting other users.

Reselby is a platform only. We do not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for:

  • Any user or listing;
  • The outcome of any transaction;
  • The accuracy of content provided by users.

All transactions are between users. We are not a party to any sale or agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

  • Any losses, damages, or claims resulting from your use of the Site;
  • Unauthorized access to your data or account;
  • The actions, content, or communications of other users or third parties.

We provide the platform “as is” and make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, safety, or outcome of any interactions or transactions.
